Returns are Accepted -

14 days from point of delivery to return and ship back to the seller in perfect condition. 

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

Processing time - All products are hand made and made to order. Shipping times may vary. Tracking will be sent once the product has been shipped. 

Each product is made to order, hand crafted and hand stained; therefore color and finishes may slightly vary from product to product.

Our furniture is crafted from natural wood. Wood products are subject to naturally occurring imperfections such as dings, scratches, and rough edges. We are not responsible for these natural imperfections, and will not issue a refund if a product is being sold for its natural appearance.

Computer monitor settings and lighting may not accurately reflect the true colors and stains displayed.

Customers are welcome to avoid shipping costs by selecting In-Store Pick Up at check out.
